接上篇打了一半的电话，按键：
①To place an order, or you enquire about an existing order or return, press 1. 下单和已有订单问题按1 （取消订单、订单有疑问、退货啥的都选这个）
②For billing or payment ……, press 2. 支付问题按2
③For help with your online account……, press 3.       账户、积分问题按3
④For product question, press 4. 产品问题按4
⑤For …… electronic gift card, press 5.  礼品卡问题按5
⑥If your call is not related ……, press 6 …… 客户关怀按6

 ☞取消订单按1，然后马上会有人工客服来：
↗客服：问个好，How may I help you?有啥能帮你？
↘你：I want to cancel my order. 取消订单
↗客服：Can I have your order number 订单号？
↘你：1234567890（十位数）
↗客服：Thanks. Can you verify your name and billing address? 核对你的账单地址
↘你：Yes. 然后把你的订单邮件里BILLING ADDRESS下面的内容都读一遍：Name is XXX, address is XXX.
↗客服：Thanks. One moment. 稍等
（通常不问你取消理由，偶尔问了：May I know why you want to cancel this order? 你只要回：I don’t want it. 就行了）
↗客服：Your order has been canceled. 取消成功。Is there anything I can help?还有啥事儿不？
你：No, thank you. 搞定。
