雅诗兰黛官网退货怎么操作？亲身经历告诉你详细流程
今年雅诗兰黛买一送一我买了2套，但是有一套忘记用折扣码了，导致没有赠品，发现的时候商家已经发货了。怎么办？100刀买一瓶50ml小棕瓶吗？当然不可能了，当然是选择退货啊！
给雅诗兰黛邮箱客服留言，表示我要退货：

My order number is 374320xxx, which was placed on oct. 18, 2019. Can you offer me free shipping label to return it?
好多天过去了，没有收到客服回复，可能因为买一送一销售量太大，客服太忙了吧，于是我又发了好几封邮件，终于一周后有客服回复我了
Dear :
We are happy to assist you with your return by providing you with a prepaid return label that may be used for shipments within the United States. The return label will be sent to you via email and should be received within 3 days. Please note, the subject line of the email you receive will be "UPS Label Delivery."
客服答应给我return lable，接着1天后我的邮箱就收到了客服发的退货标签链接。然后点开链接，点击保存为pdf格式，把pdf发给转运客服就可以了。今天看包裹已经签收了哦，静待雅诗兰黛退款
