遇到倩碧缺货，赠品被取消怎么办？
倩碧大促下单非常爽，但是遇到缺货，赠品被取消那就让人头秃了。

账号邮箱、订单编号、订单收货地址、收货姓名，物流单号，缺的物品的名字或者物品编号

🌷 快速进入人工线客服方法：
1开始是机器人发的一段话（Welcome! Our Virtual………）----这里选择An Existing Order

2. 下面又会出现选项，直接选择Other
3. 然后就又会问你名字，你就报你的First name
4. 然后填 账号邮箱
5. 之后输入 No
6. 这样些操作后，等待人工客服出现就行啦
